PeppyCheck ("we", "us", "our") is operated by PeppyCheck, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. PeppyCheck is a peptide supplier verification and transparency platform accessible at peppycheck.com.

By accessing or using PeppyCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All content on PeppyCheck is provided for research and informational purposes only. PeppyCheck does not sell, manufacture, or distribute any products. To access certain features of PeppyCheck you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

By submitting a review, report, or any other content to PeppyCheck you confirm that: the content is accurate and based on your genuine experience; you are not affiliated with or employed by the supplier being reviewed unless clearly disclosed; the content does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful statements; you grant PeppyCheck a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use the content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Suppliers who claim and manage listings on PeppyCheck confirm that: they are authorised representatives of the business; all documentation and information submitted is accurate and genuine; they will not attempt to manipulate reviews, verification status, or any platform data; they accept that PeppyCheck independently verifies submitted documentation and may decline to verify or may flag documentation that cannot be confirmed.

You must not use PeppyCheck to: submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; manipulate or attempt to manipulate supplier ratings or verification status; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written consent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems; use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

All content, design, trademarks, and data on PeppyCheck — except user-submitted content — is owned by or licensed to PeppyCheck. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

PeppyCheck may display links to third party websites and data sourced from third parties including Finnrick and other independent testing laboratories. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third party sources. External links are provided for reference only.

PeppyCheck provides information on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform. Verification status refers to documentation authenticity only and does not constitute an endorsement of any supplier or product. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeppyCheck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information displayed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, without notice or liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
