Description
Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of endogenous growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) consisting of the first 29 amino acids of the native 44 amino acid sequence, representing the shortest fully active fragment. Research has focused on its role in stimulating pituitary growth hormone secretion and its pharmacokinetic profile relative to full-length GHRH. It is one of the most extensively studied GHRH analogues and is supplied in lyophilised form for research purposes.
