Description

Gonadorelin is a synthetic decapeptide identical in structure to endogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), produced by the hypothalamus to regulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. Consisting of 10 amino acids, research has focused on its role in stimulating the release of luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the anterior pituitary. Studies have examined its pulsatile secretion dynamics and its role in reproductive axis regulation research. It is supplied in lyophilised form for research purposes.
